- Your name/location
- Photo of your changes (before/after if you have it)
- The supplement or routine you use
- Your story 800-1,500 words
I’ll then look through these stories and post my favorite right here on my site. I look forward to seeing what everyone has overcome and how fitness has changed their lives.
