Share Your Fitness Success

I love hearing other people’s fitness success stories. If you have a great fitness routine or story about how you’ve used fitness to inspire and change your life I’d like to hear it. Send an email to with the following information:

  • Your name/location
  • Photo of your changes (before/after if you have it)
  • The supplement or routine you use
  • Your story 800-1,500 words

I’ll then look through these stories and post my favorite right here on my site. I look forward to seeing what everyone has overcome and how fitness has changed their lives.
